Eliahu Abrahami, was born in Sanandaj, Persia, 1941.
In 1958, his family moved to Tehran, and in 1959 Abrahami immigrated to Israel with his family and settled in Rehovot. During this period he worked in agriculture to help support his family. After his military service he was hired by IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries), but resigned and began to work in art. In 1970 he emigrated to Paris, France. Where he worked at the John Friedlander International Art Center etching ateliere and in the George Ladez lithograph workshop.
